Faulty items policy

If you’ve received a faulty or damaged item from Jay-Kat, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, via the "return" form below and we will instruct you on how to return the item. You can request a full refund if an item has a major problem such as being unsafe for use or significantly different to the product description on our website. Please keep your proof of purchase, i.e. your receipt
Returns and exchange policy

You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return or exchange. In relation to returns, you will be eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) if the item is in good original condition with labels attached and in original packaging. The item/s must be in unwashed, unused condition, free from stains and otherwise undamaged. Proof of purchase, such as your receipt is also required. Press the "return" link below to submit a "return request" for a return or exchange. Jak-Kat cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss or delay when items are being returned to Jay-Kat. Returns can only be made by the postal service, the address will be sent to you once you lodge a "return request"

If you wish to exchange your item, you will receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs) once you return the item, so that you can purchase an alternative product. Please refer to the return instructions above.
